Pricing & Fees
What are your dispatch rates?
Our Growth Incentive Model: 7% (Owner Operators), 6% (Small Fleet 2-5 trucks), 5% (6+ trucks). You only pay when you haul.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. Our percentage covers everything: load finding, rate negotiation, paperwork, and 24/7 support. No setup fees, no monthly minimums.
When do I pay?
We invoice weekly based on completed loads. Simple, transparent, and aligned with your cash flow.
Operations
Do I have final say on loads?
Yes, absolutely. You have final approval on every load. We present options, negotiate rates, and you decide what works for your business.
What lanes do you cover?
We cover all 48 states with strong networks in the Southwest, Midwest, and Southeast. We'll work with your preferred lanes and home time requirements.
How many trucks per dispatcher?
We maintain a 5:1 ratio (trucks to dispatcher) to ensure personalized attention for every carrier.
Contracts & Policies
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts. We operate on a simple service agreement. You can discontinue anytime with 30 days notice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! No cancellation fees, no penalties. We earn your business every day by delivering results.
What if I'm not satisfied?
